thirdspace was founded with the intention of contributing to the flourishing of individual clients, the organisations they work for and the society of which all of us are a part.

We are serious about our work and consequently serious about the professional and academic qualifications we hold in coaching, organisational development, psychology and business. Professional coaching in particular is still an emerging industry with varying standards, and we are proud to hold certification from respected centres of excellence in the field.

We think experience counts for a lot too. We have worked in senior positions in business and HR, in both established organisations and entrepreneurial start-ups. Our clients have included senior people and teams in business, professional and public sector organisations both in the UK and internationally. We combine the rigour of academic insight with an unwavering commitment to work compassionately and flexibly on what is most pragmatic, meaningful and helpful to people.

For us, thirdspace is an expression of who we are, a commitment which informs not just how we work but how we live. We constantly develop ourselves, our knowledge and our practice so that we are able to make a better contribution to the well-being of our clients and the wider world in which they live and work.
